Taejeon Pharm Wholesale Co.'s Success
Today, I read a newsarticle about my previous client organization: http://www.joseilbo.com/news/htmls/2010/03/2010030998211.html. I am very proud of the CEO, steering committee, and all employees!

I worked with Taejeon Pharm Wholesale Co. as an external contultant and a trainer in 2006 and 2007. I used the Appreciative Inquiry approach for the company to come up with mission and vision statement, shared values, and core competencies. It was a company-wide organization development (OD) intervention, and all individuals participated in the intiative. I also provided human resources policy consultation to create a performance oriented culture.
Taejeon's case was presented at Dr. Rothwell's Organization Development class and was receive very good feedback (See attached. The Powerpoint file was used for just a supplement, but you will see the picture of their outcomes.). The following is the vision statement of Teajeon, which was the outcome of the OD intervention:
